As I browse through Facebook lately, I have noticed that there are Asian Tomboy pages that are multiplying like crazy, and not surprisingly, many of the members are majority from Asia from countries such as Taiwan, which I noticed has been the most visible when it comes to the LGBT online community. I may be wrong, but this has been my observation.
I find it interesting that even though stores such as T&G Mans cater to the Tomboys and Guys for fashion, many of their models, if not all, are Asian Tomboys. Just a thought.
Also, there have been many stores opening in parts of Asian to cater to this growing niche. As I have mentioned before, T&G Mans is an example. Another store that has opened recently is called Les T Mr. Rich. One of tme most popular models of this clothing line is Junike “Nike” Orlando, a known Asian Tomboy in the Asian Tomboy community from Taiwan.

I came across this link in which the language is in Chinese (not sure if Mandarin or Cantonese), and it’s a listing of clothing items tailored to people who are into the whole Asian Tomboy fashion. Hiiii – I'm wondering does anybody know the history of tomboy style? I mean – I can't find any info regarding the history of where the trend started. It's been a big interest of mine. I'm a lesbian from New York – looking to learn some more about Asian Tomboys. I know that sexuality and being a tomboy are a sketchy subject for some people but I agree, it seems like there are a lot of lesbian tomboys and even some who are transgendered. Any ideas of where I might find some other info?
@Lizit seems like alot of asian tomboys r les, but it's not true. i mean, lesbian couple usually consist of the guyish girl and the feminine girl, so half the lesbians r girly girls. i just wanted to clear up that stereotype. i get called a lesbian just because of how i dress and stuff. i don't care though man. let them say what they want

and as for lesbian couples, there are also butch-butch couples and femme-femme couples not just a guyish girl and a girly girl.
i’ve recently been dressing similar to this, and everyone thingks is okay ecxept my mom. who says that only lesvians dress like that, im trying to prove her is not tru since d evidence is right in front of her!she is stubborn though. but im not gonna stop cuz im a tomboy for sure!!!!!
